Lichen
Pullover
This is beautiful lacy textured Top. I designed it to be short but oversized, and with short sleeves. I like the combination of the short length with the extra ease, which gives it grate drape. The pattern offers three chest sizes and too length so you can choose the combination that works best for your style.
This “Lichen” Top and “Smoke” top (in the same book) are used the same Lacy stich Pattern, but with different needle sizes and yarns that are different weights and textures. I am always excited to try different combinations and see the alternate looks they create.
This loose-fitting design requires any body shaping, but there is neck shaping done in pattern for a little challenge. Placing a couple of stitch markers on your work to keep track of the stitches as you decrease can make this part easier, though.
Finished Size Chest: 40 [50, 60]” Length: choice of 19” or 22 ¾“
Note: Choose the size for your ease preference. I made this design with oversized ease and shorter length. The model wears the size 50” chest (with 18” ease) and 19” length.
