Payment

We accept PayPal and credit cards (Visa, Discover, Master & Amex).  

Shipping & handling

The US domestic shipment.

  • Our shipping charges are based on the final weight of your package.

  • For order under 15 oz ( up to 7 skeins): USPS Advantage Ground mail $6.50. 

  • For order over 15 oz or you prefer using faster shipment method: $8.95.

International shipments

  • Our shipping charges are flat rate up to 16 skeins of the yarn and depends on the destination country.

  • When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs/duties/VAT, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country.  The buyer is responsible for paying these taxes (not paid to/collected from DanDoh).

  • We use private carriers (FedEx or UPS) for international shipment, and they do not support shipments to P.O. Boxes.

  • If your country is not included when you are checking out, please contact us at dandohdesigns@gmail.com, and we will add your country (to determine shipping method and cost).

Delivery time

We aim to ship orders within 1-2 business days.

If we are out of town for a show or for other businesses, we are not able to ship the order right away. We appreciate your understanding.

Return policy

We accept unused yarn in its original condition with the receipt and original tags within 30 days of purchase. We will refund the yarn amount your payment method after we confirm your return.

Before returning items, please contact us dandohdesigns@gmail.com to provide the following information with your return: name, address, email address, phone number and order number, if available. When returning yarn, shipping costs to DanDoh will be your responsibility, unless your order was filled incorrectly. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. DanDoh cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is not available.

Privacy policy

We will not sell, trade or distribute any personal information that you may provide us during the process of using or purchasing products from this website. We do not automatically add an e-mail address to the mailing list. Please sign up for the newsletter to be on our e-mail list.
