Ko-michi ~Pathway

$10.00

Pullover with cotton Fine
This unique top is quite simple to make because you only need to know three basic techniques - knit, purl and slip. Worked from the bottom up, two rectangles are worked with no shaping.

To make an interesting fabric without being complicated, some sections are knit with one strand of yarn, and other sections are knit with two strands of yarn held together. This produces a fabric where some sections are light, delicate and see-through, and other sections are textured and a bit more dense.

The sample is knit with two colors. The main color is used throughout the project, and the contrast color is used only in the sections where two strands of yarn are held together. If you prefer a more subtle look, you can use only one color. Use two strands of the one color held together for the sections where two strands of yarn are held together. If only one color is used throughout, the knitted fabric is more texture
