WHERE DANDOH IS LOCATED
DanDoh are located in Arizona.
We do not have a dedicated shop space for you to visit.
PAYMENT
We accept PayPal and credit cards (Visa, Discover, Master & Amex).
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00am -5:00 in Arizona time, excluding holidays). All orders are shipped from Arizona, USA within 24-48 hours after we received orders.

INTERNATIONAL

Our shipping charges are depends on the destination country. The shipping rate will be displayed once you enter your shipping address during the checkout process.

International orders may be subject to import taxes, VAT, and clearance fees. These charges are determined by the destination government and are the sole responsibility of the recipient, to be paid before the package can be released. (not paid to/collected from DanDoh).
- We use private carriers (FedEx) for international shipment, and they do NOT support shipments to P.O. Boxes.
- If your country is not included when you are checking out, please contact us at dandohdesigns@gmail.com, and we will add your country (to determine shipping method and cost).
DELIVERY TIME
We aim to ship orders within 1-2 business days. If there is any issues with your order (did not receive, damaged/wrong items, etc), please contact us at dandohdesigns@gmail.com within 14 days of your order date. Issues identified after 14 days will not be resolved.
If we are out of town for a show or for other businesses, we are not able to ship the order right away. We appreciate your understanding.
RETURN POLICY
Kit Patterns: Digital pdf pattern downloads are not eligible for refund after purchase since the information can’t be returned.
Yarn: We accept unused yarn in its original condition with the receipt and original tags within 30 days of your order date. We will refund the yarn amount your payment method after we confirm your return.
Before returning items, please contact us dandohdesigns@gmail.com to provide the following information with your return: name, address, email address, phone number and order number, if available. When returning yarn, shipping costs to DanDoh will be your responsibility, unless your order was filled incorrectly. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. DanDoh cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is not available.
PRIVACY POLICY
We will not sell, trade or distribute any personal information that you may provide us during the process of using or purchasing products from this website. We do not automatically add an e-mail address to the mailing list. Please sign up for the newsletter to be on our e-mail list.
