You need to know only knit, purl and slip stiches to make this top. No shaping is worked as the stitch pattern automatically shapes the neckline. Interesting vertical stripes using two colors, combining Stockinette Stitch and Reverse Stockinette Stitch, and alternating those stitches add interest for the color play and texture.
This pattern gives you a choice of chest circumference and finished length. The photos show one top in the regular fit with a longer length and another top in an oversized fit with a shorter length. As you can see, different combinations of circumference and length give totally different looks.
[CONSTRUCTION]
The Front and Back are worked sideways. Stitches for the sleeves and bottom edge are picked up and knit out from the body.

Length: Choice of 18", 20 ½", 23" or 25 ½"/45cm, 51cm, 57.5cm or 64cm
