Pullover
This DanDoh signature cable dropped-stitch design makes an eye-catching piece. This stitch pattern combines cables and dropped stitches. You will drop a stitch when you cross stitches for a cable. If you know how to work cables, you are good to go!
The pattern is available with Silk+ yarn and Linen yarn.
Here is the difference between them.
<The Silk+ version> (this one)
Silk+ is DK weight yarn. It is lighter and has a more casual look because of the yarn characteristics. The pattern comes with short and long sleeve options.
<The Linen version>
Linen yarn is worsted weight yarn. It looks more elegant. It drapes and would be a little longer when it is worn because of the weight and fiber. For this reason, you might prefer to make a shorter length than you usually make. Overall, it’s a heavier top, and the pattern comes with short sleeves and sleeveless options.
CONSTRUCTION
The Front and Back are worked sideways, then seam shoulders. The sleeves are picked up and knit out from the body.
